Circle, the Issuer of USDC, Targets a $5.65 Billion Valuation in Upcoming US IPO

Circle, the organization responsible for the second-largest stablecoin, USDC, is aiming for a valuation of $5.65 billion through an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States.

As per reports, Circle plans to offer approximately 9.6 million shares, while certain shareholders intend to sell around 14.4 million shares, with prices ranging from $24 to $26 each. This initiative aims to secure $624 million in funding.

Following the completion of this listing, Circle will be publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol CRCL.
